Accessibility
When registering for the conference, attendees will be asked for their accessibility requirements. All requests for accommodation will be actively addressed, and where necessary attendees will be contacted for further information.
The venue has been confirmed to have basic accessibility features, and has accessible rooms available. Features include:
- Wheelchair access to entrance/exit, lifts
- Accessible bathrooms
- Accessible parking available
- Accessibility ramps
- Guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs are welcome in all areas.
All videos played at the conference will be captioned and audio described, with transcripts available upon request.
Printed materials will be made available as digital versions on the website, and can be made available in accessible formats upon request.
